Disability, access and design
We care about your space and wellbeing. Built environments are linked to our psychological and physical wellbeing. Common approaches to building and design can leave a lot to be desired, especially for our whānau living with disabilities.

Let us take care of the process from start to finish, from drawing up concepts to sourcing contractors to adding the finishing touches. Whether your project is big or small, we offer a range of packages to suit a variety of needs and budgets.

Let’s talk. No obligation, just conversation. You may have ideas to discuss, or you may not know where to begin. Either way, we’re here to help and can talk through your project scope, budget, time line, and vision.
Book a consulation
We can meet with you virtually or in person. This is a great time to show us what’s working and what’s not. We’ll carry out a space analysis, which includes assessing the layout and seeing how you use the rooms. This is also a good time for us to discuss any accessibility or disability requirements so we can focus on safety features and improving access to facilities. If we can’t get to your home, we can still discuss and advise on your spatial needs.
Concept development
We’ll collate the information from the consultation process and create a tailored concept. This will show your new layout, fixtures, and fittings, as well as your ideas for colours and materials.
Finalising the design
Once you’re happy with the design plan, we itemise your selections and provide detailed drawings and specifications. These plans can be used to help engage contractors and finalise the pricing of construction or redecoration.
Getting started
We’ll provide advice about the next steps. We can point you in the direction of consultants and contractors, or we can manage the process for you.
